The buyer bought a sign from me, it was an oversized item so I gave the option to ship via SURFACE and within the description in big font wrote:
"surface shipping WORDWIDE (8-14 weeks delivery)"
and the day before shipping I wrote , and this is the exact text:

I have your package packed and ready to ship
I'll do my best to have the item out today,
Please be reminded that it will be shipped surface
and delivery time will be much longer than airmail.

The buyer opened a case " item not received" within less than 4 weeks after shippment
and was refunded in full the $75.00, On July the sign was delivered and the buyer accepted the package,
I contacted the via email letting him know that I had received confirmation of delivery and asked for re-payment.
But a thief is a thief , will be a thief had tooken the choice not to respond and keep the item.
