Details: | Bought a pair of LED bulbs, saying not receive and asked for refund, then I tried to issue refund on ebay and ebay sent me an email saying there is an error and I need to do it on Paypal, so I tried to do it on Paypal more than 10 times and I always got an message saying there is an error on buyer's credit card. I email Paypal and they said they can do it on my behave, but they never do. I also email the buyer about this and the lady said will talk to her husband. 2 days later they opened a Paypal dispute. On the deadline Paypal took the money but the buyer left me a negative saying they did not receive a refund. If you guys did update the credit card info then this won't happen. One thing I have to mention is that it took mabe a week for the buyer to respond. Also, never let your wife to check your email if you guys don't know how to communicate. Fxxx! |

If the buyer see this, They can sue you and have your account banned for not following eBay policy. Seller like will try to find ways to be sneaky and not follow policy
