Bought a pair of LED bulbs, saying not receive and asked for refund, then I tried to issue refund on ebay and ebay sent me an email saying there is an error and I need to do it on Paypal, so I tried to do it on Paypal more than 10 times and I always got an message saying there is an error on buyer's credit card. I email Paypal and they said they can do it on my behave, but they never do. I also email the buyer about this and the lady said will talk to her husband. 2 days later they opened a Paypal dispute. On the deadline Paypal took the money but the buyer left me a negative saying they did not receive a refund. If you guys did update the credit card info then this won't happen. One thing I have to mention is that it took mabe a week for the buyer to respond. Also, never let your wife to check your email if you guys don't know how to communicate. Fxxx!
