| Details: | Buyer purchased over 30 items from me in three separate transaction. Buyer left positive feedback and waited two weeks to open "Item Not As Described" cases. eBay closed the cases in my favor and buyer opens new cases with PayPal. PayPal forced me to accept a return, I received a box of torn up merchandise that amounted to 1/10 of what I shipped to them. PayPal issued a full refund to buyer and I am now out of nearly $500 dollars, buyer sold the stolen merchandise and made out with both a full refund and FREE merchandise to resell! Disgusting!. Buyer also made false claims including legal accusations, threatening my family and harassing me via phone and email. |

I've had the same problem with this buyer in November of 2017. Bought 2 items, then months later disputes the charges with their Paypal. Paypal opened a case but sided with me and didn't refund. Now, March 2018, I get an email from Paypal that their financial institution sided with them and they were refunded. Luckily, Paypal values me as a customer and didn't debit my account. How long does it take for Paypal or Ebay to figure out that these are rotten people repeating the same scams over and over? I will be on the lookout for this company name, which is now B & M Wholesale Liquidators, this woman's name and this Visalia California address! I suppose they just keep changing their company name.

Oh, yeah. And I love the 'K' spelling in their new name - Kustom Wholesale. Whenever people have to be so childish to spell words that start with a 'C', with a 'K', we should know there's going to be problems. Duhhhhh. Let's spell like we're 3 years old.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. Been providing all buyer who personal information leak to eBay. So ebay can take action on this site and the seller.

This previous comment, from 4 months ago, barely makes sense. The grammar gives away that this is someone for whom English is not their first language. Yes, I'm sure Ebay will really do something about this site. Haha. Nothing has been done to this day! Must be "Brenda Tiano", herself, writing that. I'm not an Ebay user or seller since 5 years ago, anyway.
