Details: | Customer purchased product through ambiguous physical address and email address. During checkout, the customer did not choose to pay for shipping but choose local pickup. When contacted about the need for the small shipping charge, the customer demanded that I send the product immediately and threatened to file a "claim" against us. They then demanded their money back, then demanded the product be sent again. After sending the refund back and confirming with an email, the customer is continuing to email asking for their product. Their credit card was based in Saudia Arabia. The shipping address is associated with a mail forwarding business that will send mail worldwide, but it does not seem authentic. |
