Buyer made low-ball offer which I declined and explained the opening bid was the lowest I'd accept. She made another offer, ignoring my previous response. Then she bid on the item and didn't pay. Had to open an Unpaid Item Dispute. She finally responded saying she'd pay on Friday, but never did.
