THE FACTS;
I ordered a PAIR of FRONT Tow Hooks that this seller advertised w/photos & description for a '99 Mazda Miata. . I received 1 front & 1 REAR tow hook set. The rear tow hook is a poor design. It's not what I ordered or felt safe using.
I asked for a refund & a "call tag" to return the mis-advertised tow hook set. I was told, they would email me a return address tag. When I explained to them. That I'm retired & only have a cell phone & couldn't print it out. I asked they print one out & mail it to me. They refused & told me just keep them! Now, I'm on this bad buyer website. I did nothing wrong...
As far as "Hamb" goes. I sold $$$ worth of items with no problems. They don't show these sales. Just the 1 guy, that breaks a value cover & expects a refund.
