Elio Santo (eli.sant) (8425 NW 41st St, Apt 601, Doral, Florida 33166-6249) purchased a Patagonia sweater in size large. It was shipped to the buyer, and it turns out it was the wrong size. Since no returns were accepted due to wrong sizes, the buyer opened a false eBay claim stated wrong size was shipped, but was unable to provide any pictures as that would prove he was lying. The buyer in the eBay case messages agreed the correct size was shipped, but since it was too large for him he lied, and would instead prefer a swap for a small size. Eventually eBay sided with the seller and the buyer (Elio Santo) lost. eBay case was closed in July in sellers favor. In September the buyer, Elio Santo, opened a false claim with his bank that the transaction on his credit card was unrecognized. eBay decided to intervene and is protecting the seller from any loss, but the buyer is obviously scamming the system and should be blocked by all sellers.
