After paying for item, buyer messaged us stating that he didn't read the description and wanted a discount. I was alittle shocked, but told him no. Upon delivery buyer messaged us twice stating that the item wasn't as described. Based on the buyers claim, it was evident that he DID NOT read the description or view all images posted. However, we offered a return and buyer refused. In final, we reported buyer to eBay and told eBay to take notice of his 'FEEDBACK LEFT FOR OTHERS'. His pattern of neutral and negative feedbacks are similar or of the same complaint. If you are a seller having an issue with this buyer, please hit the 'report a buyer' button. eBay customer support stated that if they receive enough complaints this buyer will be suspended or face limitations on their account. This message is just a warning to other sellers, that deal with this buyer. Good luck.
