Details: | Buyer email: "Received my pinlock shield , shield has scratches and poor clarity , this is not my first pinlock others have been crystal clear , thanks" Buyer tried to hustle us into a full refund claiming the item was used. Item we shipped (helmet pinlock insert AKA clear face shield) was brand new and sealed. Item was ordered just to fill her order and was checked because it's in a clear sealed packaging from Scorpion and was clear as a new face shield can be. Ask her to return it for inspection but she did not. I am sure she was trying to swap the new one we sent for the one she was replacing and then claim the one we sent was used. She reported to Amazon that we were shipping used items. Listing was closed by Amazon because of this fake complaint. |
