A criminal using alias 'Erik Schilke' taking delivery of packages to: "3 HUBBARD ST, MIDDLETOWN, CT, 06457' has been documented as defrauding Amazon.com shipments of _COLLECTIBLECARDGAMES for over $10,000. The perpetrator purchases items through Fulfilled By Amazon, receives them, opens them and removes the contents then replaces them with fake/counterfeit contents of the same size/weight, then Returns them to Amazon as 'Defective/Damaged/Not As Described' and tricks Amazon.com into refunding his credit card. He then sells the stolen contents on external marketplaces. Chief of Police William McKenna will be the primary contact for the investigation, 860-638-4101, any/all others who have been defrauded by this perpetrator and/or address should contact Chief Mckenna to add any/all documentation they have available.
