This person has repeatedly tried to charge large orders on 10 different credit cards of all which have been declined due to fraud.

We've already reported him to his credit card company, both of you should do the same thing and complain to have his card shut down.

He used multiple cards to make a purchase and got flagged as fraud. He also uses this email address: asukaxx07@gmail.com to the same address.

This guy, same address and name ordered two orders two days apart and claimed they were unauthorized as they were in transit to his home address. The Anderson, SC police know him by name and can't touch it because it was an out of state purchase. Total scam/scum artist! Shut him down. We reported him to his credit card company and the police. Let's all do it.

The problem is that credit card companys really dont give a flying fuck. They arent any money and they know that. The only person that is out the money is the merchant. Only when law enforcement or the actual credit card company is getting sued, thats only when those assholes decide to do it. All merchants need to file a complaint both with the postal inspectors office and the FBI Internet Division. Dont let them say oh we are going to turn it over to the USPS in DC, make sure EVERYONE STARTS TO REPORT THIS ASSHOLE! 1 or 2 reports isnt going to do anything. Everyone has to!

Derrek A Lee just tried to buy a phone on my site Dorcasdirect.com for $600. Triggered my fraud filters. Used the asukaxx07@gmail.com email, and 864-305-8973 phone number. Billing address was not supplied, no zip either. Ip address was from Atlanta, Georgia, but is trying to ship to Anderson, SC. Glad I found all this info, he's getting denied of his order.

The only thing you can do is report him to eBay and see if they can ban him like PayPal does. IP, address, computer, internet connection, Machine ID etc. Its not guaranteed. But the only thing you can do is manually check every order. As far as Lee it looks like he lives or has access to Anderson SC. What the police say as an out of state purchase is total bullshit, he's receiving stolen merchandise and committing fraud. Those hicks in SC are basically sayings its ok to rip off someone's house just as long as you dont do it in SC but live here.

The first thing is to alert the every single shipment courier and alert them to the address in SC to at least make them know its fraud. Try to get something from those morons at the SC Police department.

It doesnt matter what information he puts down. As a merchant taking credit cards, your going to get all sorts of assholes thinking they can play their bullshit games. You can say thanks to the credit card company's and the processors for letting it happen. Since they are the ones that set the make believe rules, they don't give a shit because its your money not theirs that's getting screwed with. The second you put a hold on the money they try to steal from you they act all paranoid. Just remember to only ship to the credit cards confirmed address and make sure you get signed proof of delivery. ANYONE who plays games with your business or your property no matter how small get rid of the assholes.

Dont even bother. the address is a trailer pack right behind a church. The FBI is going to do nothing about it because they arent concerned about petty bullshit like that. Since this place is a hick town, you need to contact the local police department (864) 231-2272. Everyone should call that police department and with these many complaints the sherif will go that address. They have nothing else to do. Also contact the anderson USPS 864-225-5389 and report the address as fraud, so that the post office wont deliver packages there.

This guy took me for over $700.00 I made some inquiries and found that it is Anderson Sheriff jurisdiction. You Have to file a report with your local police or sheriff and they do the rest. I turned in all my info… his info… a picture of his house … I’m going after this sick human being! EVERYONE needs to do the same!

You should also be turning him over into a collection agency and also include this report to show that its not the first time.

Can you imagine how many merchants did not find this website before shipping? I wouldn’t contact the local sheriff that’s a waste of time. Clearly this has been going on for years. Reach out to the FBI, these crimes add up to a lot of money and crossing state lines. The local sheriff wouldn’t have a clue where to start.

Yep, he got us too on 12/27/2022. ordered items, FedEx has an image of it being delivered to him home, yet he issued a charge-back saying he never ordered. Grrr.

This man has ordered and successfully beat us out of around $250.00 so far but has attempted over $2200.00. He tried many times before but his orders failed from 2018 on, and again since 2020. He used one stolen credit card as the chargeback claimed unauthorized by the name of Amber, and the other was from him and both were shipped to him from our two separate websites. Chargebacks were filed when they were still on the way to his house which every google search says is where Derrick/Darain Lee lives. All of his orders were declined by either our bank or his/stolen card. He hit pay dirt and got an order through this week for over $200.00. We didn't ship but of course had to refund it to avoid another chargeback. The local PD knows about him, the FBI knows, and so does paypal. Let's hope one of them shut him down for good.
