| Details: | I had a slightly used (used 6 weeks) iPhone XS that was factory reset by the Apple store by an Apple technician. This one sold and I shipped it to the buyer. I left positive feedback and four weeks later received a message that the phone was tied to an iCloud account and demanded a password to reset. I message back and laid out the whole process and even stated that the three other phones that were reset at the same time are working well with no problems. I offered to contact Apple and start a dialogue. No other message and hit me with large Negative feedback, even called me a scammer. I had eBay for over 21 years and have never had any problems with transactions until this guy. If you Google search his address, he's the scammer. He's already cloned the phone and it is a paperweight now, useless for anyone. I opened up a complaint with eBay, but am doubtful that I will recoup any expenses, loss of the phone value, and the cost of his negative feedback on my account. Please BEWARE of this guy and stay away. I don't know-how in the world he has 100% positive feedback. Then again, most honest people don't wait a month after receiving an item to complain either. |

New Castle DE is a scam location in which there's an overseas shipment company. Things go to this location and then get shipped overseas. International scammers with stolen credit cards use this address to have things shipped.

Hi this is the address of the overseas shipping company. Because Amazon doesn't ship to all countries in the world some countries have the solution of opening warehouses in the US and have their citizens shipping their goods to that warehouse and sending to third party country. Even if you deliver the package to the receiver in this address it takes 3 weeks to a month for the actual customer to get his/her item. This guy here might be scammer but it has nothing to do with the shipping company. And I also explained the reason why you got the complain after one month of delivery

Whether the facility is involved or not, this location is fostering / aiding in massive fraud and scams. I do feel bad for the company that scammers have found how to use their service for crime, but this company could very well put in measures to prevent this. Better safe then sorry, never ship to this or any other reshipping facility in Delaware.
