Sandra Waide purchased a software activation key for $10 for the full version of the software, communicated though email that they received the activation, and then reported to their credit card company 4 weeks later that they did not make the purchase. The credit card company sided with Sandra Waide, since no shipping information for a digial purchase, and it charged me $30 fee from paypal just for the $10 item that they purchased. So not only did i lose the sale, i got charged 3 times the purchase price.
