I'm not sure if this one is a very stupid scammer or simply confused, so I'm gonna put it all up here and let the reader decide.

I had a Nintendo 64 console with 2 games up for auction. edwarviscu bid and won it. Shortly after, I got the following message; Hi. Question. If i Pay today When I'm gonna receive It. Because Is gonna be a present for my son 9/27. Do u think that u can shipped fast. Do i can get It on time ? Let me know. Plz 818-748-6160

In stead of calling, I adjusted the cost of shipping to include next day delivery because the auction ended on 9/25/16, a Sunday, and sent a message back explaining that it was going to cost about $80 USD with UPS, and about $60 USD with USPS. The last message I received from them wanted me to ship the item, wait and see if their child was happy with it, then wait for them to drop a check in the mail for it.

I politely explained I can't do it, that it needs to be paid before the package is shipped. I haven't heard a thing from them since then and opened an unpaid item case.

Its a scam period. Do you really know how fucked up this sounds. You should of cancelled the her transaction and relist the item. You stick to terms that you post in your listing and that's it. If you ship overnight then post the prices. But dont negotiate anything after a transaction is done. The scam is that they try to use a stolen account and will make any type of bullshit lame ass excuse to try to you get the item in their possession as quickly as possible. There is no way that a mother of a child would wait the last minute on her sons birthday and not get them anything.

If you did ship it prior to being paid, you would of never have seen the payment. The fact that (they) gave you some bullshit story and wanted it shipped at a high ship rate and not pay for it ahead of time is a clear indication it was fraud. If it was her so called sons birthday then she would of paid for it immediately than to miss her sons so called birthday. It more than likely wasnt even a female other than some loser spick trying to rip you off and having him spend nothing.

ummm.... I don't ship until I have the money. The item was relisted and they were reported both to ebay and here for their attempted scam.
