| Details: | February 6, 2012, he bought a 7" EP by Elton Britt, waited a week to pay. It was shipped immediately after receipt of funds. Claims it did not arrive after 12 days, immediately filed negative feedback and claim for PayPal reversal, with no prior communication to seller. I have never lost a shipment to Germany so I am extremely suspicious of this person. |

Same thing happened to me, twice with him with different names, I only noticed after I gave him money back to the same email address. I have filed another really nasty complaint to eBay/PayPal. It looks to me he buys stuff then gets his money back, then sells it.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions
