Details: | This individual purchased a glass from me for $8.45 and then did not receive the glass due to it being lost by the USPS. I contacted them and let them know that I would contact the post office to see if they would locate the item. I never heard back from them and then they gave me a negative feedback because they didn't get the item, although the tracking proves that the item was shipped. This lady is a piece of work, and I wouldn't deal with her unless I just needed the business. That's just my opinion. |

The responsibility of the item going to the customer is your responsibility. Your the one that decided to use the USPS and its your responsibility to ensure it was delivered as per a legal agreement. The loss of the product is your problem not the buyers. You should of just refunded the customer, meaning if already, and she still left then then she's nothing but a cunt bitch. But she paid you for the delivery of the item, you chose the courier, the location on where and who to give it to, insurance and other options are for your protection only. not the buyers.
