Purchased a toy case expecting 2 day delivery where the description clearly says standard shipping. In 2 days USPS postal officer placed the box in the parcel locker. The buyer opened an item not received complaint when the tracking clearly said the item is in the parcel locker. Told them the item is in the parcel locker ask the key from your postal officer. After 2 weeks buyer returned the item after using it via "return to sender" receiving a full refund from us. We received unfair statistic, wasted original shipping, time, energy with this buyer abusing complaints due to their incompetency and abusive behavior.
