Buyer waited almost 60 days and opened a claim with their bank, stating this order was unauthorized. This buyer did not reply to our messages or emails regarding this claim, although with tracking available and delivery confirmed I'm not sure why they are bothering with a $17 transaction dispute. Their email, telephone number and delivery address matches a basic public records search. This is unlikely to be a compromised account.
