| Details: | Opens case the morning, the day eBays estimated time of arrival states it should be there. Never contacted me about a delay, which there wasn't one as it got there at 3pm! On time!! Ebays estimated time of arrival is just that, an estimate! Not the actual time if arrival! Opening a case the day it's to arrive without contacting seller to find out what's going on is not the way to handle it. Any problem she thinks is happening she goes to eBay to open a case! Not contact the seller! |

This buyer is a non stop head ache. First she tries this morning again to say its not delivered and when I give her the address from eBay she waits an hour then says its arrived but it's not as describe & her daughter hates it. I have a 14 day return policy and I tell her this and that I don't deviate from it. She's been trying to get this item for free since Monday!! eBay closed her case as it was shown as delivered. I'm just waiting for her to open an other one to force a freebie!! Stay away from this nut case. I wish she never bought from me!!
