Details: | Chaim Weiser and his wife Nisi Weiser are complete Frauds. They purchased $7,600 dollars worth of precious metals and then his wife claimed that her husband her no authority to purchase the items. Instead of returning the gold they kept the items and initiated a chargeback. These people claim to be religious jews when in fact they are criminals and should be put in Jail. They are complete fraudsters and we will be pursuing criminal action against Chaim Weiser and his Nisi. |

If its as you claim that there was a disagreement between husband and wife; who is to say the wife has any power to sway the husband to return the purchased metals. Therefore she may have initiated a charge-back legitimately as now she is short 7500 dollars, but the husband still did not want to part with his purchase. What is criminal over here is that the charge-back was accepted by whichever company and did not demand the metals to be returned.
The takeaway here is don't be too quick to castigate others and use their religiosity against them when the solution is accessible with some benefit of the doubt.

If they used the internet to steal $7500 worth of gold, that's felony federal wire fraud. Have you made a complaint with the U.S. Attorney's office or the FBI?
