| Details: | October 19, 2019 - individual tried to purchase a $2000+ exterior light fixture using a mastercard (5095) on our site. Transaction failed - issuer declined, despite CVV and AVS match. 5 minutes later individual uses a Visa (0013) to complete the purchase of the same fixture successfully on our website CVV (m), AVS (z). Item shipped to customer. 18 days after delivery receive a dispute notice from credit card company. |

First off why are you charging or an accepting an order from someone who has 2 transaction failures. Thats a red flag right there. Our polices state we ship to the confirmed address only and its stated all over the website. On the first decline we ban the buyer for violating our terms. 99% of the time we waste our time sending emails to those type of moron buyers because they know what they did and dont come back because they are asshole idiots wanting to rip us off. Sorry thats your own stupidity, you say a $2000+ transaction, two different declines and still shipped it.

Report all seller who used this site for their childish behavior. Releasing personal information to the public which is against eBay policy. Report them they will get banned. It is a serious matter. I already told ebay about this site to take legal action toward them.
