Well its a scam that seems that PayPal and Ebay allow buyers to get away with it. The fact that ebay and paypal will screw you over as the seller each and every time for the buyer not to file a chargeback and take the money away from them. There should be no refund allowed, and thats credit card regulations, until the product is returned. PayPal and ebay cannot legally make that decision because they are nothing more than a bunch of idiots with a credit card swipper and have to go by Credit Card regulations, and it clearly states, until the item is returned back to the seller, there is no refund.
