This item was returned because it broke on the first use. The parts that were not returned were small ball bearings that were lost in the grass when the item broke and fell apart. It was supposed to be made to withstand the kite I had purchased from a separate seller, but it did not. I'm an avid shopper on Ebay and this was my first return EVER! Scammer, I think not.

For your information anything you post online is visible to others. After you made your purchase from me which states in the listing that the reel is to be used for "small to medium size kites" you commented to another person about buying your 90-foot long octopus kite that the reel you purchased wasn't strong enough to handle your kite and you recommended to them that they be sure to get one that will do the job. You returned the kite reel stating that it fell apart during its first use. Well I am NOT surprised using it to fly a 90-ft. octopus kite. Before making your purchase all you needed to do was send me a message and ask if this reel would be OK to use on a 90-foot kite which in return I would have said NO! You returned the reel and I refunded your money even though you lied and acted like a thief. So I guess scammer was to strong of a work.
