This asshole thief will buy an item on Friday then immediately dispute the order for non receipt by Tuesday. Within 10 minutes of completing the order, this idiot started messaging wanting to know why the item didn’t ship the second he buys the item at 10pm. We knew the second this asshole bought the item that this would be an attempt at scamming us.

The first thing your legally entitled to do is sue the asshole for fraud and any fees you got from the dispute. You also have a legal right to the bank documents, which are the exact statements he told his credit card company, which in his case will show the bunch of lies he told his credit card company. Buyers can lie left and right w/o having to submit any evidence of their claims. See what the Canadian version of petty larcney and bank fraud charges are, and send the asshole a letter saying if you dont pay for the damages, your going to inform his local police department. every case is a seprate incident and he will be facing jail time.
