Background: I listed a TI-83 calculator for parts or not working on eBay. I listed it "for parts" and disclosed that the item did not have batteries, and that I had not tested the item and didn't know what was wrong with it.
Bad buyer bought the item, then upon receipt contacted me and demanded a refund because the item didn't work. She then went on to threaten to leave "the worst review"
She went on to whine about needing a working calculator for real cheap. Sorry, sweetheart - a TI-83 in working condition isn't cheap.
I turned this one in as a feedback extortion case.
