The buyer ordered a $500+ value air rifle and the pellets on our website. Because the merchandise was a customized combo, it took us a couple of days to prepare. We gave him the delivery estimation in the first place. He still called us everyday to push the shipping. Then the item was shipped and delivered by UPS on time. But he claimed the item was not received. The package was 15lbs and as big as 55"x17"x5". It was such an unique package and UPS driver remembered clearly that it was delivered at the correct address. But he still filed a claim against us as Item not Received.
