Buyer did NOT communicate or have any contact with our business yet leaves a negative remark to destroy our perfect rating on our business page. When my company responded to the rating and our real customers got upset and wrote their own positive ratings, this person than starting leaving ratings from multiple accounts saying we have poor customer service skills. Again, we never communicated with them prior to this.
This is the same person who has only 3 out of 5 stars on fb marketplace. They also have an etsy account called ParanormalPastelsArt.
Two of the accounts, if not all 3, appear to be the same person and the one account has a history of trolling the ratings of business pages. The profile that account even states from 2019 that they just want to leave someone a bad re view. DON'T do business with ANY of these accounts!
