This person purchased a very expensive item from my online store and paid with her credit card through paypal. I sent the item with insurance, confirmation and priority mail to her confirmed paypal address. 60 days later, she claims the purchase was never authorized. After contacting her, she said she cancelled the chargeback Paypal says she did not, and they are still holding my money!! Another seller she filed a chargeback with, tracked down her purchases on ebay and etsy. She did the same thing to others as well. All for very expensive items.
