He recieved the item, damaged it and said it was sent to him damaged. I said he could send it back for a full refund and I'll pay his return postage, trying to give the best possible customer service.
When I received it, it was clear he'd damaged it, so I said I'd refund him out of good will but not the return postage because he'd wrecked it.

I refunded him to get rid of him, and recieved negative feedback.
This man is a psycho!
