This idiot did a direct chargeback through ebay - didn't even bother opening a case that they knew would be quashed. "Only" $250 loss, but this moron has changed their names/ids many times. Have just submitted a fraud report to the RCMP yesterday in fact. They are CLEARLY taking advantage of ebay's generous buyer protections. It's unfortunate that ebay doesn't do more to prevent fraud since the reason they are making BILLIONS is because of SELLERS. Alas, I continue to shout into a hurricane...

She, or he open a case, saying that item was not received. There is not tracking from Europe to Canada. After receiving confirmation of delivery, I asked for refund, she did not asnwer and made private feedback. Ebay shame, many thiefs protected by system

Chernikova, if that indeed is her name, under the Ebay ID blueorchid-2017 won 35 ancient coins from me at auctions. I mailed them in 13 envelopes in Oct., Nov., and Dec. to her Canadian address, and she claimed, starting Dec. 25, that she received none of them and demanded refunds. Since there was no proof of receipt through tracking Ebay granted her all refunds except for one (why, I wonder). now I know that even if I had sent the shipments by Registered USPS Mail the tracking would have stopped at the US/Canada border, and I just would have been out of even more money. I reported her to the Canada Anti Fraud Centre and to my local US police for forwarding the report to the Burnaby B.C. RCMP. As of now, there are at least different 3 police reports against her.
Time for this serial criminal to be stopped.

Alternatively the scammer may send a cheque for more money than the agreed sale price.
