First thing you should do is read up on the return policies of Amazon. You know they are buyer sided just like PayPal and eBay and will screw you over the first chance they get. Read all the policies from Amazon and say how can a buyer screw me over and protect yourself against it.

Ask your CEO, Carol Docalavich, about the shaving brush she bought on Amazon in 2016 and then filed a false claim trying to get the brush for free. She's a very arrogant and dismissive person. Others sellers should be aware of her behavior.
