Details: | She purchased a cell phone that had "bad esn" clearly stated in the listing. After demanding a refund because she couldn't activate the phone under the default carrier due to the bad esn, and being denied said refund, she opened and "item not as described" case. She lost - and, I might add, quickly. She then left negative feedback. eBay wouldn't remove the feedback, even though she lost the case and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the transaction on my part. Screw them both. |
