I have spoken to other sellers about this one. He leaves a lot of negative feedback. He usually will try to negotiate shipping cost when he is buying more than one item from a particular seller after the seller has given him a quote for combined shipping. He usually takes a long time to pay and in my case I had to open a non payment case against him to pay. He was really pissed about that. Finally he paid but was still upset about having to pay the actual shipping cost. I think the shipping cost was what this was all about in the first place. Once he got the item he claimed that it was not as described and I told him to send it back for a refund (he of course didnt want to do that) but still wanted a full refund! So he opened a case with ebay and ebay refunded him without taking the money from me but! he still gave me negative feedback. Now im on ebay probabtion because of his low ratings given to me. Later on I kept checking his feedback and I saw how dirty he really was. Any time returning an item is a factor you dont want to deal with this guy. Sometimes he gives positive feedback but says something like " thanks for working with me" so he is actually getting around to bullying some of the sellers into doing what he wants them to.
