Additional Information : This buyer has been causing nothing but problems the second he found out item was shipped. Will find out the shipment date of item and then file a deliberate dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise. Found out item shipped, then completed support contact form. The very next business day he filed a dispute for non receipt of merchandise and completely lied about the entire dispute for the sole purpose of steal product from company.
He will deliberately lie claiming non one from company ever communicated with him. Logs from our smtp server show the buyer was emails on 5/20 day after the purchase, was given shipment confirmation and even signed a policy agreement document.
This is a clear case of mail order fraud. This BS artist thinks he can attempt to steal things from people, when we have his phyical signature on file proving his attempt of mail order fraud. This can be easily filed in a law suit for mail order fraud.
This buyer has been nothing but a pain in the ass since the first day he purchased the item, complete lying a-hole!

This report is false - the website selling the computer equipment does not even have a valid customer service department. You have to "fill out a form" in order to be granted access to a customer service number. As you can read from the above the people who reported this are not educated not have the business acumen to be running a business. They "claimed" they had shipped the product but it was in fact never shipped not was it delivered. He also has resorted into name calling and childish antics.
