This scammer is based from Ukraine and uses forwarding addressess and new ebay accounts to purchase expensive items, they tamper with the UPS tracking and would "refuse the package" later on the package will go to baltimore MD then shorlty after to California. Once they get the package they will open a case saying where is my package and its for a gift and theyre upset! They then claim they no longer want the item but would somehow send back a return package back to my address and guess what? its an empty package. What a complete lie and scammer saying they sent back the unwated device, they would beg eBay to have them close the case in their favor since its returned back to me even though I got nothing. funny thing is I actually won the case with eBay because they refused the package which for me means I did my part, shortly after I won the case they opened a credit card dispute, currently dealing with the dispute and seeing if I can win the case! Avoid this address at all costs.
