We shipped a brand new correct item, the buyer claims wrong item sent and returned completely different used broken item. Marc Viner is nothing but a common crook.

Marc Viner ripped me off. He said that he did not receive his order. I had no choice but to refund him as the item was inexpensive and I did not send it with tracking. Marc Viner is nothing but a shoplifting petty thief.

Buyer Marc Viner is a total lunatic, makes false claims about the order in an attempt to get the product for free. Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.
