Buyer claimed item was brand new expensive item was defective, returned a fully working product in packaging covered in vomit. Buyer was politely asked why they returned a disgusting mess to us, and lied about the products condition. Buyer flipped out, and began blaming her mistake on her autistic son and told us she would charge her son the money we "cheated" her out of. We we forced to refund her, then she left negative feedback after her full refund.
