Details: | the buyer claims that the record is broken. thats a lie. the record was packed triple and inside with several extra cardboards too. he never sended me pictures of demaged package or vinyl record as requested by me. he tried to blackmail a big discount of the buying price but he vehemently refused to return the goods, as I had offered it. He is a deceiver and liar. Ebay security is informed. |

I just sold him a 60 year old record for $10 (eBay) and he complained about it, asking for a refund. A real piece of work. I refunded him half the cost and let him keep the item. There was nothing wrong with the record and he got a screaming deal. I refunded him rather than deal with the issue. Wish I'd seen this sooner.

I am the aforementioned Tom. I just saw this. The package was undamaged, yet the record came in pieces - pretty odd. I still have it. I was not asked for a picture. I offered to keep the record, since I wanted the cover most. There was no "blackmail", no "vehemently", and there was no "big discount" mentioned. If I'm a deceiver, then why do I have a 100% buyer rating with both eBay and Discogs? It's easy to run someone down when he doesn't know it's happening. Concerning the other comment, age does not determine a record's value. It's whether it conforms to the condition claimed. If it was undamaged, then why not refuse a refund through eBay?

This website used to bash so called buyers, is wrong, EBay has a rating system, no need to use this one, my personal data was given, while all I did was giving a seller a 3 star rating, because I paid irrevocably, asked for proof of residence which I gave, then didn’t want to sell. Out of revenge she reports me here, she can’t anywhere else as I’m not a ‘bad buyer’ I paid, she backed out,
To use my private information, incl phone and address, you wonder what kind of seller that us, or what type of website allows this. Anyone not even given a email can do this

Just a quick word for this asshole, all buyers on Ebay have a perfect 100% rating.

Oh no! I have been branded by someone who has never met me! I pledge to give this message all the attention it deserves, and to somehow continue with life. The fact that you are willing to refer to a total stranger as you have while hiding behind the anonymity of the internet is frankly amusing and says much about you.
Did you even finish high school, sonny?
