| Details: | Buyer can't pay for a days, but demands I ship within hours after when he is finally able to pay. When I say I need 1 business day to ship (ebay allows 3 days) he went on tirade and called me names. I cancelled his order and blocked him.

He is my only neg fb on ebay. He is abusive and crazy in his communications. His MO is to hound you nonstop immediately after purchase and to completely freak out and call you names and leave neg FB if there's anything about the transaction that he finds fault with. Wish I had canceled the transaction before I mailed anything to him.

Had a similar experience with him today. He left negative feedback before even attempting to contact me. Completely belligerent and lacking any tact. Will never sell to him again

He bought an acid tested piece from me. Was not scrap. It was light weight, minimal gold, but not scrap, very nice piece. He claimed it wasn't 10k, threw a fit, nasty person. In reality with the price of gold he thought he was going to make money scraping it. Buyers remorse with a side of vicious thrown in. Stay away, far far far away. Da man has isues.

We had an equally horrible experience with this guy who goes by “whosdaman808”on EBay. He lives in Hawaii and expects his purchases in two days. If USPS doesn’t deliver in 2days he texts foul, horrible texts constantly and at all hours (day and night) 2a.m.-3a.m., etc. He is a total bully. He hurls insults. He tries to belittle people and says all eBay’s sellers are losers. Don’t deal with this buyer. It’s not worth your mental health. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!’

I wish I saw all of this before selling to this individual. Left me a negative feedback before reaching out. States the item did not test at 18 karat gold. In a series of bullying messages this buyer let it slip that the item is actually gold but thinks that returning it is a waste of time and I should just refund him and let him keep it. Total piece of garbage. I am not sure why eBay won’t kick him off their platform. He is a troublemaker and they bully.

We all need to band together and start a lawsuit agin this buyer and ebay for continuing to let this buyer scam and rip us off.
Ebay just helped this buyer steal my money and my item so we are taking ebay and this buyer to court.

Ebay has to pay for continuing to let thease scammers rip us off and give us good sellers a hard time for no reason.
Ebay is even helping thease bad buyers scam us now they just let this buyer steal my money and my jewelry thats why we have to take this to court now because ebay runs with criminals and allows them to do whatever they want on ebay so they have to pay now.
