Almost got scammed by this same person, thank goodness I googled them and address and came across this page. "He" is going by B Clark now with two different user ID's on eBay created on September 3, 2016.

tried to buy from email jbc04e@outlook.com user: clb-jbc-n6svll . I cancelled the sale after insisting that i refund him money BEFORE i shipped the item out. I cancelled the sale and then refunded. then upon re-listing, he tried to repurchase under jbcjs_ye8xgevyn with the same email address. also sent a profanity laced string of messages to my gmail account

waited two weeks to relist this item and then he purchased it AGAIN, within 24 hours, as username clb.us.vhb4vwb3. had to cancel, yet again.

Attempt to purchase jewelry item with this user name beginning "jbccl4348" in early June of 2017 with an account with zero feedback or prior activity and the account was created the same day as the purchase, always a red flag. Asked for partial kickback prior to delivery. Same name and address (Clark) in Tallahassee Florida. Insisted on no signature verification for delivery of item.

Ripoff attempt by same individual, I checked out his history and canceled attempt. Individual (probably male) going by Bartow Clark also Constanza Clark and John Clarke with several different eBay user ID's created between March and June of 2017. Tried to buy ipod in May and again in June with user id "jbc-071468" and "barticus33"
