A big cheater! Placed a high bid on my item and after delivery opened a dispute case directly claiming item not received. She had never contact me in advance, but lied that she had sent me many mails and I did not respond. I asked her to copy and paste the mails she sent but she ignored. At last I refunded to her and closed the case. Beware this cheater and liar!
