This person messaged me "item not received" just one week after shipping. He said eBay cancelled his account "weekendfisher" so he registered another account "thawng._24" to ask me for refund. He threat me he is going to open credit card charge back. To avoid the extra $25 charge back, I refunded him. He also mentioned "the 2 other orders made were refunded successfully", how could all orders he made were not delivered?
