This woman used the name Maria Vargas but her real name is Loren Felton. She is a notorious scammer with a long track record of defrauding people on eBay and through her online clothing store. She bought two dresses from me and waited until more than 120 days had passed to file a Paypal claim saying she never received them. I know it was her because it was her private label and they were sent to Waco, Texas where she lives and works. She knew that USPS tracking would no longer be available and Paypal would automatically side with her. Luckily she only won one of the cases since she had left positive feedback for that item. This woman has cheated many people over the years and her eBay account has now been deactivated, I'm sure she's on to the next one.
