| Details: | Customer placed an order through our website ($200). Order shipped the next day and was delivered by Fed Ex a day later. Customer filed an A-Z Claim that package was never received. Fed Ex confirmed shipment was delivered to correct address. Called customer directly and was told that he filed claim because he never received a photo of the shipment on his door step. No mention that he did not receive it. Filed Seller Claim through Amazon to no avail. Recommendation: Require signature delivery on all future deliveries to him. |
