The buyer purchased a 2017-2018 Infiniti Q60 red sport RWD steering rack and pinion assembly, he opens a return on eBay stating he received a damaged item, we requested pictures from him for proof he sends us pictures from a different part and ignored our request for proof. After a few days, you are required to accept the return on eBay or they automatically send the buyer a return shipping label. We received the item today 12/18/18 and it is a totally different part than what we sent to him. The part was from a different vehicle with parts missing and welded up. We called eBay to file a complaint about the buyer and was told by the rep they don't take sides, we should report the buyer.
