I am eBay seller BBXSHOP. Check my feedback, I sell a lot of used laptops and laptops for parts and have over 99% good feedback. The buyer above lost the claim on appeal at eBay because I had the pictures and correspondence to make my case. I have a few hundred other laptop buyers that were very happy with their purchases, why would I decide to be dishonest with one out of 500? Does that make sense to anyone?
