I had a bidder with zero feedback won an item from mines and invoice was sent to the user after two days from auction. There was no response and waited couple more days to for the payment, I still didn't receive payment. Next, I reported this user to ebay, canceled the transaction and put him my block bid list. This account have zero feedback and it was registered about a year ago. I realized this was some sort of fraud and/or some prank this person was pulling. Also, looking at the name of the user (NA NA) appears to fishy and the shipping address was insufficient. This user was not a buyer at all.

**Whenever you see this user, rajendra.86win-2 try to bid your items or message you, avoid him/her like a plague. So block this user and report to ebay for misconduct.
