Buyer did not use his real name. First he claimed he was out of town and just got back and the package is not there, and he gave us delivery instruction to leave the package in the back porch which is not true. How did he know the package was not left at his back porch if the package was stolen while he was away. He demanded a replacement or a full refund, we told him to open a case on Amazon. Then he opened a return request and claimed someone returned his package back to him and he wants to return it because he is not happy with our service and the package did not arrive on time, which is another lie. The package was shipped and delivered on time. It's been over a week and he still has not shipped out the package yet.
