Details: | Seller answered several questions from buyer before purchase. Buyer purchases item at fixed price. Seller shipped item (to eBay and PayPal confirmed address) via FedEx with signature confirmation. Item is devivered and signed for. One month later buyer files claim of “unauthorized purchase” with his credit card company. Paypal contacts seller to notify. Buyers credit card company decides in the buyers favor. Buyer keeps item and gets reimbursed by his credit card company! Where is the logic??! |

There is no way that the buyer would win in case of fraudulent transaction. If the address is confirmed thats all you need to have. If the address is that of the cardholder there is no way in hell he could of won the dispute. Visa / Mastercard guidelines is that you have to ship to a confirmed address of the credit card. Prove that the signature of the delivery was that of the confirmed address. Then link everything on the sale order to the cardholder, email address, etc. there is no way you could of lost.
