July 17th, 2018. Buyer is still leaving negative for everybody. Sellers need to start reporting this person. It's the only way ebay will get rid of him. Sellers need to report this abuse.

September 2018. Shipped on time, arrived on time. No messages. Then leaves me a negative with no warning. Contacted buyer to ask what is wrong or what happened. Buyer says the item isn't as described and wants a refund or they will contact paypal and file a chargeback. Asked buyer to return the item. No reply. No return. Then buyer files a chargeback. Buyer keeps the item and gets a refund, I still have the negative even though I send a feedback change request. Terrible terrible buyer. Put her on the block list. Never again.
